SALES CONDITIONS

The orders will be delivered under the conditions of availability.

In case of deficient harvest or no production because of atmospheric disturbances, cultural accidents of all kind, a partial or total reduction will be applied on the order.

Deliveries will be made according to supplies and availability.

Consequently, no compensation may be claimed.

Orders are sent to the responsibility of the buyer, including the C&F shipment whatever the transport means.

According to the express convention excluding the prolongation which is implored at time and accorded by us. No payment for our supply within the expiration will lead to :

1. The immediat exigibility for all the montant due, whatever the appointing method of payment.
2. The exigibility of an indemnity in title of the damages and indemnities and of penal clause is equal to 15% of the montant due, excluding the eventual legal indemnities and the judicatory fee.

Reclamation concerning germination’s insufficiency should be noticed in the month after the reception of the goods. We don't assume the responsibility for accidental error, mixture, tag's error, also all no success. In the case of justified reclamation, we consent a discount which can not beyond the invoice amount of the involved variety. This stipulation constititutes a definitive discharge. In case of problems, the tribunal of head office will be only competent in all the cases.
